31 fucking pounds down!
I hope you all are doing well.
Guess what? This morning I weighed myself and I was 219!
Do you know what that means? It means I’ve lost 31 pounds!!!
I haven’t been trying at all just mostly eating healthy but since I’m through the plateau I’m going to start trying again and hopefully I can lose ~1 pound a day again.
In not so pleasant news I had my period last Wednesday to Saturday night and the last time I had it was August and the last time before that was April 2010.
I guess my weight loss has semi regulated my period again which I guess is good but obviously periods suck.
Weighed myself the other day and I was 221!
That means I’ve lost 29 pounds and have 96 to go.
I started with 125 pounds to lose, so I’m super excited.
Hopefully this means I’ll start losing continuously again.
Sorry I haven’t been on here. I’ve been so busy with school I haven’t really had time to go on the computer everyday.
I’m doing great in school.
I weigh ~224 so I haven’t gained and haven’t been losing.
I’ve been eating super healthy but I’m at a loss with how to lose anymore weight with PCOS.
Now that I’m in school I’ve been way less stressed and I’m actually on a good schedule.
On the 10th it will be a month of being vegetarian for me and my sister so I’m super excited about that and I’m definitely strongly considering veganism.
Even eggs gross me out now the only thing I’m still liking that comes from an animal is cheese.
I think that’s it for now. I’m trying to find out how to lose weight with PCOS and I think I’m going to start looking for doctors/nutritionists/whatever that are educated about PCOS and aren’t going to try to give me crap prescriptions for it.
